Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association
- Material handling (drayage) at the Saint Paul RiverCentre and Roy Wilkins Auditorium, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Saint Paul RiverCentre and Roy Wilkins Auditorium
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Northern Green venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, standard 10×10: $1,119 member, $1,309 non-member, 2027
- Premium squares: Entrance $6,699, Rotunda $7,699 (members, 2027)
- Lead retrieval: From $300 through Trade Show Leads, 2027
- Late move-out penalty: $499 for booth items left after move-out
Key dates
- Last day for full refunds of Northern Green registration fees: December 31, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Late October to early November 2026: Space confirmed on the Northern Green ExpoCad floor plan; we design to the 8-foot and 4-foot line-of-sight limits.
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in; Fern carpet and furniture and RiverCentre power orders drafted.
- Late November 2026: Northern Green posts your assigned load-in and load-out times; we book freight to Fern's warehouse around them.
- November to December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; staff registered before the December 31 refund cutoff and hotels booked before rates rise after December 18.
- January 18–19, 2027: Move-in Monday noon to 5 p.m. and Tuesday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. in your slot; plants arrive last and stay away from the doors.
- January 20–21, 2027: Booth complete by 8:45 a.m.; trade show days, then teardown Thursday from 12:30 to 5 p.m. in your assigned load-out time.

Checklist
- Confirm your booth number and grouping on the Northern Green ExpoCad floor plan
- Check your assigned load-in and load-out times when they post in late November 2026
- Email a certificate of insurance naming NG, MNLA and MTGF as co-insured
- List equipment with fuel levels and confirm Upper or Lower Wilkins drive-in access
- Order electricity and wired internet through the RiverCentre portal in December
- Register every booth staffer; refunds end December 31, 2026
- Book hotels before rates rise after December 18, 2026
- Get written RiverCentre permission before sampling any food or drink
