Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to The Tabletop Association)
- Material handling / drayage, if the New York Tabletop Show space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for New York Tabletop Show
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the 41 Madison Avenue requires it
Published rates:
- Tabletop Association dues: $2,800 a year; $2,500 for members outside 41 Madison (2026)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late January 2027
- Late January 2027: Design sign-off for the April market: vignettes, cabinet lighting and graphics agreed, about 10 weeks out.
- February to early March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; fixtures sized to your showroom drawings.
- Late March 2027: Delivery and installation inside your 41 Madison showroom, scheduled with building management.
- April 6–9, 2027 (projected): Spring market week; your Purple project manager is on call for changes.
- Mid-July 2027: Graphics and featured patterns refreshed for the projected September 21–24, 2027 market.

Checklist
- Confirm your showroom floor and suite at 41 Madison and send us the floor plan
- Decide whether to join the Tabletop Association for the 2027 markets
- List the patterns, glass and flatware to feature in April and September
- Schedule delivery and installation with 41 Madison building management
- Set buyer appointments and register attendees through the association
- Order the Showroom Directory listing and virtual showroom content
- Book visiting staff through Lois Lane Travel
- Send logo, pattern photography and linens to Purple
