Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

Published rates:
- Booth package: 10×10 with 8-foot drapes, table, chairs, wastebasket and 500-watt outlet, 2026
- Package electrical: One 500-watt outlet included; extra power ordered from the venue, 2026
- Liability insurance: $1 million coverage suggested for every exhibitor, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When 2027 dates are published: Book space with Clarion; send us your booth number, package and product list.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: 8-foot grid walls, header, imprint shelf and lighting within 500 watts.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, every piece built to finish under 8 feet.
- About 2 weeks before opening: Crates ship labeled to the convention center; insurance certificate filed with Clarion as holder.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager installs the booth on the ballroom carpet and checks every light on the package outlet.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: The 2026 expo runs three days; after the 2027 close we pack out and ship the kit to your next show or back to you.

Checklist
- Watch for Clarion's 2027 dates and request the prospectus from the exhibit page
- Note booth number and the number of 10×10 packages in the 2027 contract
- Keep every display element at or below 8 feet
- List lights and screens so power stays within the 500-watt outlet
- Prepare the liability certificate with Clarion Events as holder
- Label shipments with show name, company and booth number
- Book rooms through Connections Housing only
- Send logo, imprint samples and product photography to Purple
