2027 dates are not confirmed yet: Clarion lists no 2027 edition. The coming 2026 expo runs Sunday, November 15 through Tuesday, November 17, 2026, with doors at 9 a.m. each day, a 5 p.m. close Sunday and Monday and a 2 p.m. close Tuesday. We plan your 2027 kit the day Clarion posts the dates.

For 2027 the location is not confirmed yet. The November 2026 expo takes the Roland E. Powell Convention Center at 4001 Coastal Highway in Ocean City, Maryland, on carpeted ballroom exhibit space with free parking.

Eight feet is the maximum booth height in the 2026 rules, matching the 8-foot drapes in the package. We build grid walls, headers and lighting that all finish at or below 8 feet, so the booth passes inspection on move-in day.

Clarion does not post booth prices on the expo site; space rates are in the prospectus its sales team sends from the Interested in Exhibiting page. Each 10×10 package includes drapes, a table, chairs and a 500-watt outlet, and we quote a fixed price for the grid, header, graphics and lighting you add.

Each 2026 package is a 10×10 booth with 8-foot drapes on the back and sides, one undraped table, chairs, a wastebasket and a single 500-watt outlet, set on carpeted ballroom floor. Extra electrical is ordered from the convention center and upgraded WiFi from TRGroup.

Souvenir, resort apparel and accessory, gift and seasonal suppliers: 250+ lines in 210+ product categories on the 2026 site. The organizer posts the full list of exhibiting companies on its Who's Exhibiting page.

Coastal and inland retailers from the Mid-Atlantic and New England, from Maine to Virginia Beach, attend: resort and souvenir stores above all, plus specialty, apparel, jewelry, gift shop, online and theme park retailers. Clarion does not publish a buyer count.

The expo is trade only, with free admission for qualified retailers. First-time visitors show their express badge plus one personal and two business IDs, children under 14 and strollers are strongly discouraged, and photographing an exhibit needs the exhibitor's written consent.

For 2026 Clarion asks exhibitors to ship booth materials to the Roland E. Powell Convention Center labeled with the show name, company name and booth number, and to direct shipment questions to the venue. We crate, label and track the shipment for you.

Every exhibitor must carry liability insurance for the whole exhibition and submit a certificate, with $1 million suggested and Clarion Events named as certificate holder, and exhibitors using an exhibitor-appointed contractor still file their own. Clarion announces the 2026 submission deadline closer to the show; we prepare the wording with your broker.

Rooms go through Connections Housing, the expo's official provider; Clarion warns that other housing callers are not affiliated. Salisbury/Ocean City Regional Airport is the nearest airport, and parking at the convention center is free.

Clarion Events organizes the expo, and its calendar also lists the Smoky Mountain Gift Show in Gatlinburg (November 4–7, 2026) and the Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show in Myrtle Beach (December 6–9, 2026). Breakwall Publishing is the Ocean City media partner.

A grid-and-header kit built to an 8-foot cap ships in a few crates, so coastal suppliers carry it to Clarion's Grand Strand show in Myrtle Beach, which in 2026 follows Ocean City by three weeks, or to the Smoky Mountain Gift Show. We swap the graphics between shows.

Resort and tourist merchandise, souvenirs, beach items, giftware, coastal and nautical goods, greeting cards, tabletop and gourmet items are the categories Clarion recruits for 2026. Lines that show buyers their own town name on samples, with case packs and spring delivery dates, write the most orders.
