Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to OFFPRICE by Informa)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the OFFPRICE Las Vegas space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for OFFPRICE Las Vegas
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the OFFPRICE Las Vegas venue requires
Key dates
- onPeak discounted hotel rates for the Las Vegas fashion week: January 21, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November 2026: Booth confirmed with Informa; send us footprint, categories and how many styles you will sample.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off: slatwall or gridwall plan, header cards, order desk and graphics.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Build and print in our shop; header cards stay editable so lot prices can change.
- January 21, 2027: onPeak's discounted hotel rates end for the Las Vegas fashion week.
- February 16–18, 2027: Show days after move-in on Informa's schedule, which is not confirmed yet; we reprint price cards overnight if lots sell out.

Checklist
- Send the OFFPRICE contract details: booth number, hall, size and which sides are open
- List categories, styles to sample and current lot quantities
- Decide on slatwall or gridwall and how many header cards you need
- Prepare stock sheets and ship-now terms for the order desk
- Book onPeak rooms before January 21, 2027
- Register staff and send us the EAC and freight deadlines from the Exhibitor Resource Center
