OFFPRICE Las Vegas runs February 16–18, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, on the same days as MAGIC, PROJECT and SOURCING. The show is held twice a year; the August 2027 dates are not confirmed yet. In August 2026 the floor ran 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and closed at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Informa has not placed OFFPRICE for February 2027; its hall is not confirmed yet. OFFPRICE filled Central Hall in February 2026 and moved to North Hall sections N3 and N4, next to PROJECT, in August 2026. Informa's fashionresource.com floor plan shows the current layout.

A trade show where buyers and sellers trade value-priced excess inventory and in-season products. It covers name-brand apparel, outerwear and resortwear, accessories, ready-to-ship footwear, general merchandise such as tech accessories and souvenirs, and licensed brands with private-label opportunities.

Off-price, discount chain and outlet retailers, boutiques and independent stores, e-commerce sellers, gift shops, amusement parks and travel centers, big-box, farm supply and sporting goods retailers, international buyers from Latin America, the Caribbean and beyond, and non-profit thrift stores, foster care closets and assistance leagues.

Jobbers, manufacturers, distributors and importers, fashion wholesalers, closeout and liquidation firms and reverse logistics providers sell here, across apparel, accessories, footwear, general merchandise and licensed brands. OFFPRICE's sponsor list names Exist and Julius Young as August 2025 sponsors, alongside D & L Apparel and Love Poem.

OFFPRICE is a trade event registered through the same MAGI0227 link as MAGIC and PROJECT. Under Informa's 2026 rules for its Las Vegas shows, visitors qualify as fashion industry, verified retailers pay nothing, and non-retail categories paid $750 to $3,500.

Informa prices OFFPRICE space once you send an exhibitor inquiry; there is no public rate sheet. As a guide for the exhibit itself, a 10×20 rental with slatwall, header cards, lighting and an order desk costs about $7,500 to $15,000, and a 10×30 rental $12,000 to $22,000. Wall count drives the price most.

Informa does not list booth inclusions on the OFFPRICE site; they, the floor plan tools and service orders sit in the Exhibitor Resource Center after booking. We plan only from your contract. Hangers and mannequins can be rented from D&B Rental Displays, Informa's named supplier for the Las Vegas week.

MAGIC sells next season's lines to retailers placing forward orders; OFFPRICE sells goods that exist now, closeouts, excess and in-season stock, at value prices. Many buyers walk both, and the shared badge lets an off-price chain buyer go from a MAGIC appointment to an OFFPRICE lot in minutes.

Your staff can hang samples and set price cards by hand, while forklift and pallet-jack work at the LVCC goes to Teamsters Local 631 under the official contractor, per Purple's venue guide. OFFPRICE's EAC rules live in Informa's online exhibitor portal, where we register as your appointed contractor.

OFFPRICE books hotels through onPeak for attendees and exhibitors, with discounted Las Vegas fashion week rates ending January 21, 2027. Informa runs free shuttles to the LVCC from five hotel routes, and the Monorail stops at the convention center.

We build OFFPRICE booths with changeable header cards and graphics, so the same walls return for the August edition once Informa publishes its dates. Between editions we keep it in Las Vegas storage, and the structure can also serve ASD Market Week at the LVCC.

If you move closeouts, excess inventory or private label at value price points, it is the floor where off-price chains, outlets, travel centers and international buyers come to buy stock that ships now. Sellers of new-season wholesale lines are better placed at MAGIC.
