Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Parenteral Drug Association
- Material handling / drayage, if the PDA Pharmaceutical Microbiology Conference space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off with the instrument, plates, screens and power needs fixed.
- 30 to 45 days before the meeting: Production in Fishkill, NY: counters, plinths and graphics built and packed into rolling cases.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight booked to the hotel or warehouse PDA's 2027 exhibitor kit names, within the receiving window.
- Move-in day: Our project manager installs with vetted local labor and tests every instrument before the hall opens.
- After the last hall session: Dismantle, then the kit goes to storage or straight on to INTERPHEX or the PDA Annual Meeting.

Checklist
- Watch the PDA calendar for the 2027 date and send the Become an Exhibitor request early
- Ask PDA's sales team about 2027 Exhibitor Tech Talk slots
- List each instrument with its footprint, weight and power draw
- Prepare sealed demonstration plates or recorded result screens
- Print method summaries, since recording is prohibited at PDA events
- Plan staff for every break, lunch and the evening reception in the hall
- Book rooms only through the hotel PDA names for 2027
