PDA quotes exhibit space through its sales team, and the 2027 price and booth sizes are not confirmed yet. Your display is a separate cost: we quote one fixed price for a ballroom-sized kit (bench-height counter, back wall, lighting and graphics) that fits the space PDA assigns, with freight and setup included.

The 2027 dates are not confirmed yet. PDA's 2026 agenda ends with closing remarks from the 2027 conference co-chairs, so a 2027 edition is planned. The 2026 meeting ran October 25–29, 2026 in Washington, with sessions October 26–28 and a two-day workshop after it.

PDA has not yet named a 2027 city or hotel; both are not confirmed yet. The 2026 and 2025 meetings were both in Washington, D.C., and in 2026 PDA used the Westin DC Downtown at 999 9th Street NW as the conference hotel, with the exhibit hall in its Potomac Ballroom.

The 2027 hall hours are not confirmed yet. In 2026 PDA opened the hall in the Westin DC Downtown's Potomac Ballroom on Monday, October 26, 10:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Tuesday, October 27, 9:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with breaks, posters, lunches and a reception inside it.

Rental suits this meeting well. A Purple rental here is a light kit: frame, fabric graphics, a bench-height counter with lockable storage for instruments, LED lighting and flooring, packed in rolling cases for a hotel dock, in one fixed proposal that covers freight, setup and teardown. After the meeting the hardware comes home to our warehouse.

Short supplier presentations PDA scheduled during the 2026 Networking Lunches: ten minutes each in the Anacostia Ballroom, on topics such as rapid mycoplasma detection, recombinant endotoxin reagents and automated mold detection. PDA scheduled ten, five on each hall day. The 2027 format and price are not confirmed yet; PDA's sales team handles them.

Under PDA policy, nobody may film, photograph or audio-record at its events, this one included. Bring printed method summaries and a QR code to your validation data instead, so the attendee can share your results with their lab after the meeting.

We do. Once PDA publishes the 2027 exhibitor information we book the receiving window with the hotel or the decorator's warehouse, order power and internet, and handle the labels, paperwork and timing that hotel docks insist on. You get one proposal with every line listed.

PDA publishes no attendance figure for this meeting, and 2027 attendance is not confirmed yet. Its 2026 agenda lists 42 scientific posters and 10 Exhibitor Tech Talks, with speakers from drug makers, testing labs, consultancies and FDA, and PDA described the 2025 exhibit hall as sold out.

Entry requires paid registration, so it is not a public event. 2026 rates started at $535 for student members and reached $3,365 for non-members, and groups of three from one company got a fourth pass free.

The Parenteral Drug Association, the Bethesda, Maryland nonprofit behind PDA Week and the PDA technical reports. Its own sales team sells exhibit space and sponsorships, and PDA warns that any third party offering its attendee lists is running a scam.

It is worth it when you sell to QC and sterility assurance microbiologists: nearly everyone in the room is one, and PDA puts breaks, posters, lunches and a reception inside the hall. Space is limited, since PDA called its 2025 exhibit hall, at the 20th-anniversary meeting, sold out.

The 2025 meeting, the conference's 20th anniversary, ran October 26–31, 2025 in Washington, D.C., including its post-conference workshops, with the Grand Hyatt Washington at 1000 H Street NW as the headquarter hotel. In 2026 PDA moved to the Westin DC Downtown, a few blocks away.
