Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Cambridge Healthtech Institute
- Material handling (drayage) at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport requires it

- Hotel rate: $371 Artist Tower, $401 Patron Tower per night, 2027
Key dates
- Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport room block closes: April 9, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late February 2027
- Winter 2026–2027: Book your PEGS package with CHI's business development team; sponsorships are close to sold out.
- Late February 2027: Design sign-off on backwall, counter and graphics for the hotel exhibit hall.
- March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; exhibit service orders filed in the Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal; posters due March 26.
- April 9, 2027: Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport room block closes; booth staff rooms booked before then.
- Late April 2027: Crates ship to the address in CHI's exhibit services pages; move-in happens in the days before the May 10 opening.
- May 10–14, 2027: PEGS Boston 2027; after the final hall day we pack the booth for storage or your next biologics meeting.

Checklist
- Request the PEGS sponsor and exhibitor prospectus from CHI
- Pick the stream your booth headline will speak to
- Approve the design by late February 2027
- Submit posters with paid registration by March 26, 2027
- Book the Omni room block by April 9, 2027
- Put a product forward for PEGS Best of Show voting
- Check Innovation Showcase eligibility if you founded in 2020 or later
- Staff two people for the opening reception evening
