CHI quotes PEGS exhibit and sponsor packages directly, so the space comes from them. Our part is a compact hotel-hall kit, priced well below a 10×20 rental at $7,500 to $15,000, and a custom kit that grows into a 10×20 later runs $15,000 to $45,000. Graphics, a monitor and hotel freight move the number.

Poster submissions with paid registration are due March 26, 2027, and the Omni room block closes April 9, 2027. CHI posts the exhibit schedule and service deadlines on its exhibit services page, which shows them as coming soon for 2027. We ask for design approval in late February so production finishes in time.

Our PEGS rental is a printed fabric backwall, a lockable counter, a monitor mount and LED lighting sized for a hotel exhibit space, with freight to the Omni, setup and teardown on one fixed price. It packs into rolling cases for the hotel's service routes and comes back to our warehouse afterwards.

Hotel freight moves through service corridors and loading areas rather than open convention-center docks, so timing matters. We follow the shipping instructions CHI posts for exhibitors, book the delivery and return windows and keep each case small enough to roll through back-of-house routes.

A five-minute presentation in the main agenda for emerging companies offering tools and solutions to pharma and biotech: pre-commercial, founded in 2020 or later and raising a late seed or Series A round. CHI offers it instead of a 15- or 30-minute vendor presentation.

That is how we build it. The PEGS backwall and counter fit CHI's Drug Discovery Chemistry in San Diego, and the same frames extend to a 10×20 for BioProcess International in Boston or ASGCT in Philadelphia. We store the kit between meetings and swap graphics per audience.

Visitors can buy CHI's Exhibit Hall & Keynote Pass instead of full registration. That brings in bench scientists who do not attend sessions, so we give your booth a headline readable by someone who has not heard your talk.

We do. CHI runs exhibitor deliverables through its Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal, and we file electrical, shipping and material handling forms there, copy you on each confirmation and keep the booth plan matched to the floor plan CHI publishes.

May 10–14, 2027, in person in Boston with a virtual option. Hall times for the 2027 edition are not confirmed yet; in 2026 the floor opened with a Monday evening welcome reception and poster viewing and closed on the Thursday afternoon, and we staff to that pattern until CHI posts new hours.

At the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, 450 Summer Street, Boston. The conference rate is $371 a night in the Artist Tower and $401 in the Patron Tower, with free Wi-Fi, booked through CHI's official link; CHI uses no third-party housing services.

The PEGS Boston site reports 2,200-plus participants, 350-plus speakers, 120-plus exhibitors and 350-plus posters across 20 conference tracks, figures CHI also used to promote the 2026 summit. Attendance for 2027 itself is not confirmed yet.

Through Cambridge Healthtech Institute's business development team: CHI splits companies alphabetically between two sales contacts on the sponsorship page and sends the sponsor and exhibitor prospectus on request. The 2027 floor plan shows which spaces are already taken.

CHI has not posted 2027 hall hours, so they are not confirmed yet. For 2026 it opened the hall Monday from 5:55 to 7:15 p.m. for the welcome reception and poster viewing, Tuesday 10:30 a.m. to 4:40 p.m., Wednesday 9:15 a.m. to 7:20 p.m. and Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 2:05 p.m.

For antibody discovery CROs, expression and analytics vendors and protein-engineering software firms it is the core U.S. meeting of their buyers, with 120-plus exhibitors and 350-plus posters. The hall is a hotel ballroom, so a compact, clear booth placed near the poster traffic does more than a large build.
