Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling / drayage, if the PGA Buying Summit space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, PGA Frisco campus
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the PGA Buying Summit venue requires

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late May 2027
- Spring 2027: Reserve your package through RX sales, which sold out the 2026 exhibits; we plan graphics and rack merchandising around it.
- Late May 2027: Artwork sign-off for the backwall graphic, rack headers and table throw.
- June 2027: Printing and kitting in Fishkill, NY; intent-to-use and insurance forms filed with IMS once the 2027 manual sets the dates.
- Late June to July 2027: Samples, fixtures and graphics ship to the IMS warehouse within its receiving window.
- July 26, 2027: Ballroom move-in around the ONE2ONE Summit; we set graphics and racks on the package.
- July 27–28, 2027: Exhibit days in the Omni PGA Frisco ballrooms, then pack-out and carrier check-in the same evening.

Checklist

- Plan the collection for one garment rack, or order extra racks through IMS
- Sign off backwall graphics that stay inside the 8-foot line with no projecting logo

- File IMS intent-to-use forms and insurance once the 2027 manual sets the dates
- Book rooms at the Omni PGA Frisco, the headquarters hotel
- Pick looks for the Fashion Show and samples for Summer Jam tabletops
