Non-official contractors must file intent-to-use forms with an insurance certificate naming IMS as additional insured, due July 3 in 2026, and follow IMS's non-official contractor rules. We file ours so we can set your graphics.

RX's package includes one garment rack, and changes to package items come at your expense. We plan the rack as a color story with printed size headers and add a second rack only through IMS, so the Spring 2027 collection hangs the way a head pro will buy it.

Logistics for PGA Buying Summit 2027, handled
IMS handles material handling, furnishings, labor and utilities for the Summit from its service desk, with Pinnacle Live for audio-visual and the Omni PGA Frisco for catering. In 2026 the IMS warehouse took freight from June 29, outside contractors filed intent-to-use forms with insurance naming IMS by July 3, the discount deadline was July 8, and advance freight had to arrive by July 24 to avoid surcharges. Booths in the Ryder Cup and Wannamaker ballrooms moved in on the Sunday before exhibits, lobby booths on the Monday, and everything was packed by 6 p.m. on the last day. We file the forms, crate your samples and fixtures, and route them through IMS for the 2027 dates.

More than 1,000 golf industry professionals from 45 U.S. states and 12 countries attended in 2026, including 165+ VIP buyers representing about $155 million in purchasing power, and a record 196 brands exhibited, 85 for the first time, RX reported.
