Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to PGA Golf Exhibitions
- Material handling (drayage) at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for PGA Show
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Orange County Convention Center, West Building requires it
Published rates:
- Covered exhibit fee: $1,000 for any covered area, 2027
- Second-level fee: $7,500 for a multi-level exhibit, 2027
- Multi-level insurance: $10 million general liability required, 2027
Key dates
- Request to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor due to RX: November 6, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- By November 6, 2026: We submit the request to use Purple as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor, with our certificate of insurance, to RX.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off, including swing-cage layout, banner and lighting plans and any covered or multi-level areas.
- By December 18, 2026: Sealed blueprints for covered or multi-level exhibits, full-swing demo diagrams and rigging plots go to PGA Booth Approvals.
- December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; Freeman AV and OCCC lighting orders placed before their December discount dates.
- December 21, 2026 to January 13, 2027: Crates ship to the Freeman advance warehouse so they reach the floor on target.
- January 22–26, 2027: Targeted move-in and install with our project manager; the booth is finished by 5 p.m. on January 26 while Demo Day runs at Orange County National.
- January 27–29, 2027: Exhibit days, then dismantle from 2:01 p.m. Friday; all freight out by noon on February 1.

Checklist
- Confirm booth size and type with RX sales; 200 square feet or more if you want full-swing demos
- Send us your booth confirmation so we file the EAC request before November 6, 2026
- Sign off the design by mid-November 2026
- List every hitting cage, putting green and simulator so the RX diagram is ready by December 18, 2026
- Decide on an overhead banner (islands of 400 square feet or more) and book the RX advertising fee
- Ask PGA Show sales about Demo Day space at Orange County National if you sell clubs or carts
- Enter the New Product Zone if your product is new to market
- Book staff rooms through Connections Housing, the show's only approved housing vendor
