Hitting bays, fashion walls and buyers: PGA Show 2027 booths in Orlando

We build PGA Show booths that let a PGA professional swing, try on or order inside your space, within RX's 8-foot inline and 20-foot island limits. Your full-time staff may set their own exhibit under Freeman's Orlando labor rules, and we file the EAC request before RX's November 6, 2026 cutoff.

  • Exhibits Jan 27–29, 2027
  • 34,000+ attendees in 2026
  • Demo Day Jan 26, Winter Garden

What makes PGA Show different, and how we build for it

The PGA Show is where green-grass shops and off-course retailers set their season, and its week has two stages.Demo Day opens it outdoors at Orange County National Golf Center, with hitting bays, practice greens and a Test Track for carts, before three exhibit days in the OCCC West Concourse. Inside, the floor is organized into named areas: the Innovation District with its New Product Zone and Inventor's Spotlight, The Range for full-swing testing, Racquet Sports at the PGA Show, The Retreat, the Travel Pavilion and the PGA of America Hub. RX's Rules & Regulations Handbook is precise about swing cages, banner heights and a 50-foot exit rule, so the booth is engineered before it is styled.

PGA and LPGA professionals and directors of golf

A club, ball or training aid they can hold or hit, a fitter who knows lofts and shafts, and a quick way to book a Demo Day follow-up or a facility visit.

Pro-shop owners and off-course retail buyers

Next season's apparel and accessories on hangers and tables at shop height, line sheets and order minimums ready, and a seat to write the order before the Friday 2 p.m. close.

Course owners, range operators and racquet sports managers

Carts, range technology, amenities and pickleball or padel gear shown at working scale, with numbers on revenue per bay or court they can take back to an owner.

Your team in Orlando

One project manager, two shops, the whole PGA Show build

We build in our own production shop in Fishkill, NY, and our Las Vegas hub, ship to the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, and install with our own project manager on the floor and vetted local labor. Expect a 30–45-day build for PGA Show, secure storage and a pre-show QA.

Your team arrives at PGA Show to a lit, stocked booth. You just show up.

Rules that shape your PGA Show booth

Golf-trade products, no subletting

RX leases space only for products it deems directly related to the golf trade, and exhibitors may not sublease or show another company's goods (2027 handbook). We design one brand story per booth and keep partner products off the walls.

Organizer rule

Full swing from 200 square feet

Full-swing demos need a booth of 200 square feet or more, a self-standing cage and mat, impact clearance, a barrier six feet behind the mat and a supervising employee; the diagram is due December 18, 2026. We engineer and draw the bay.

Organizer rule

Branding stays inside height limits

Pop-up tents, display walls and wing banners are allowed, but no branding may sit above the booth's height limit, including tent peaks, and RX will have violations taken down. We place logos on walls and counters within the 8, 12 or 20-foot line.

Organizer rule

Covered areas need sealed plans

Any covered area or second level, even one RX approved at a prior PGA Show, needs sealed engineer drawings by December 18, 2026, smoke detectors and extinguishers, and is allowed only for booths of 400 square feet or more. We file the package.

Organizer rule

Food only from the OCCC caterer

Food and drinks in booths must come from or be approved by the OCCC's exclusive caterer, Sodexo, and only a product's legal manufacturer or distributor may sample it, with written approval. We build a bar counter and order catering through the kit.

Popular booth sizes at PGA Show

PGA Show exhibitors range from 10×10 inlines with gray drape to multi-level islands in the West Concourse. Apparel brands usually take a 10×20 or 10×30 inline with racks and a seated order desk. Equipment makers that want full-swing demos need at least 200 square feet, and we recommend a 20×20 or larger island for a hitting bay plus fitting space.

04 Designing for golf equipment, apparel, technology and racquet sports brands at PGA Show

Four things we get right for PGA Show exhibitors

Row of golf carts parked in the sun on a cart path1

Swing cages need six feet behind

Full-swing demos at the PGA Show need a self-standing cage and mat, three feet of clearance at the impact zone and a queuing barrier six feet behind the mat, opened in the back half of the booth. We draw the cage, ball direction and backswing on the diagram RX wants by December 18, 2026.

Woman golfer in a red polo and bucket hat holding a club under palm trees2

Setbacks shape the front edge

RX keeps tables, demos, sampling, putting contests and celebrity signings four feet off the aisle in 10-foot-deep booths and ten feet back in deeper ones. We use that front strip for low product plinths and a putting surface people step onto, so the crowd forms inside your carpet.

Woman hitting a pickleball forehand on an indoor court3

Apparel walls for spring orders

Buyers at the West Concourse shop next season's polos, outerwear and headwear the way their customers will. We build slatwall and hang-rail runs at pro-shop height, fold tables, mannequin spots ordered through Mannequin Rent Co, and a seated order desk tucked out of the aisle.

Two women playing golf on a green with a flag and rolling fairways behind them4

Banners over 400 square feet only

Islands under 400 square feet top out at 12 feet with no overhead banner; larger islands can build 20-foot walls and hang a banner to 25 feet with a 5-foot break, paid as an RX advertising fee. Rigging plots for 800 square feet and up go to PGA Booth Approvals by December 18, 2026.

Logistics for PGA Show 2027, handled

Freeman is the PGA Show's official general contractor and runs the Exhibitor Service Center from January 22, 2027. Move-in is targeted: RX's color-coded target floor plan sets when your freight must arrive, warehouse freight is delivered first and counts as on target, and the Freeman warehouse accepts crated freight from December 21, 2026, and anything arriving after January 13, 2027 pays an after-deadline charge. Booths must be occupied by 3 p.m. and finished by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26. Freeman's labor agreement is with the local IATSE union, though full-time employees may set their own exhibits and hand-carry without dollies; rigging and electrical stay with OCCC crews. Our project manager runs install and files your EAC paperwork.

PGA Show exhibitors can find this building's hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines in our Orange County Convention Center exhibitor guide.

PGA Show exhibitor questions

Questions exhibitors ask us before PGA Show

When is the PGA Show 2027?

The 2027 PGA Show runs January 26 to 29, 2027 in Orlando. Demo Day is Tuesday, January 26, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Orange County National Golf Center, and the exhibits open Wednesday, January 27 to Friday, January 29 in the Orange County Convention Center West Concourse.

What are the PGA Show exhibit hall hours?

The 2027 exhibit floor is open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27 and Thursday, January 28, and 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, January 29. Badged exhibitors get in at 7 a.m. each morning, and RX requires every exhibit to stay fully intact until the official close.

Where is the PGA Show held?

At the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive in Orlando, which the PGA Show filled for the 40th consecutive year in 2026, using 1.1 million square feet of the West Building. Demo Day is held outdoors on January 26 at Orange County National Golf Center, 7643 Avalon Road in Winter Garden.

How much does a booth at the PGA Show cost?

A 10×20 rental that clears the PGA Show's 200 square foot swing-demo minimum runs $7,500 to $15,000 from us, and a custom 20×20 island $50,000 to $120,000. RX does not publish space rates on the site, so space is quoted by its sales team. RX adds $1,000 for any covered area and $7,500 for a second level in 2027.

What is the deadline to use our own booth builder at the PGA Show?

November 6, 2026 is RX's deadline to request an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor for the 2027 show. Blueprints for covered or multi-level exhibits, full-swing demo diagrams and rigging plots follow on December 18, 2026. We need design sign-off by mid-November to meet both dates.

Can we hit golf balls in our PGA Show booth?

Full-swing demos are allowed only in booths of at least 200 square feet, with a sturdy self-standing cage and mat, three feet of clearance at impact and a queuing barrier six feet behind the mat. A company employee must supervise every swing, and the diagram is due to RX by December 18, 2026.

How tall can a PGA Show booth be?

Inline booths stop at 8 feet at the backwall with no logo extending from it, peninsulas and islands under 400 square feet at 12 feet. Islands of 400 square feet and up can build 20-foot walls and hang a banner to 25 feet with a 5-foot break, after paying RX's advertising fee for the banner.

Can we rent a booth for the PGA Show, and what does it include?

We rent PGA Show kits from a 10×20 up to islands: frame and fabric graphics, slatwall or hang rail for apparel, counters, LED lighting, storage and flooring, which RX requires in every booth. We price freight to Freeman, install, dismantle and the EAC filing together in a fixed quote, then collect the kit after the Friday close in Orlando.

Can our own staff set up our booth at the Orange County Convention Center?

Full-time employees of your company may set their own exhibit, and Freeman's Orlando rules let them hand-carry materials in, though dollies and flat trucks are not allowed. Extra labor comes from the local IATSE union through Freeman, rigging and electrical are OCCC crews only, and outside builders such as Purple must clear RX's EAC process.

Do you handle Freeman orders and drayage for the PGA Show?

We place every Freeman order for the PGA Show. Freeman is the 2027 general contractor for material handling, carpet, furniture and labor, while the OCCC handles electrical and aerial lighting and Freeman AV handles screens. We ship to Freeman's warehouse between December 21, 2026 and January 13, 2027, so your crates are delivered on target, and every estimate is on your proposal.

Can we exhibit at PGA Show Demo Day?

Demo Day space at Orange County National is sold through the PGA Show sales team, not with your convention center booth. It runs rain or shine on January 26, 2027, opening at 9 a.m. for PGA and LPGA professionals and VIP Buyer Club members and at noon for all attendees. We can build tents and graphics for the range.

How many people attend the PGA Show?

More than 34,000 golf industry professionals from 90 countries and all 50 states attended in 2026, including 8,200+ PGA, LPGA and international professionals and 1,300+ VIP buyers from 910 facilities and retailers. In 2025 the PGA of America reported 33,000+ attendees from 94 countries.

Is the PGA Show open to the public?

The PGA Show is trade-only, a partnership of RX and the PGA of America for golf professionals, facility owners, buyers and the wider golf trade. Exhibitor badges may not be issued to buyers, vendors or consultants, and family, guests and children of any age stay off the floor until the 8:30 a.m. opening on January 27, 2027.

Is the PGA Show worth exhibiting at for a new golf brand?

For a brand selling to green-grass shops and golf facilities it is the year's biggest buying moment, with nearly 400 first-time exhibitors in 2026. New products can enter the New Product Zone, where attendees vote three Best New Product winners, and pre-market ideas go to the Inventor's Spotlight run with the United Inventors Association.

Before you sign for PGA Show

Five things to ask every builder quoting PGA Show:

  1. Is every fee on the proposal, including what the PGA Show show contractor bills?
  2. Who actually builds it for PGA Show: your shop or a subcontractor?
  3. Will your project manager be on the floor for install and dismantle?
  4. What is inside the rental price, and what is billed by the show?
  5. What happens to the booth after PGA Show, and what does storage cost?

Common situations

Already own a booth? We refresh its graphics, repair what is worn, ship and install it for PGA Show, and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for.

Exhibiting from outside the US? We handle the ground work for PGA Show: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager replying to your emails in your time zone.

Short on time? A PGA Show rental carrying your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. You will know on the first call what is realistic for your PGA Show date.
