Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Plastics Recycling Conference
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space, Exhibit Booth Only: $5,250 for one 10×10 with one registration, 2027
- Additional 10×10: $4,200 each; extra registrations $695, 2027
- Sponsor packages: Silver $7,350 to Diamond $26,250, each with one 10×10, 2027
- Drayage (planning estimate): About $170 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026 and 2027 Purple estimate
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Now to November 2026: Apply through the PRC Exhibitor Hub, choose your package and number of 10×10 units, and send us equipment sizes and weights.
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off about 10 weeks before the show: plinths, sample display, back wall and lighting approved.
- Late December 2026 to January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with carpet-safe bases and sample jars built and tested.
- Early February 2027: Crates ship to the advance warehouse named in the PRC exhibitor kit; electrical and handling orders filed.
- Move-in days before March 1, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor install at Gaylord National before the 5 p.m. Exhibit Hall grand opening.
- March 1–3, 2027: Show days with our project manager on call; after the close we pack out and store the booth for NPE or WasteExpo.

Checklist
- Choose the package and the number of 10×10 units in the PRC Exhibitor Hub
- Send machine section sizes, weights and power needs
- Collect sealed samples of bale, flake and pellet for the display
- Decide whether a researcher partner should enter a poster by December 11, 2026
- Book rooms only through the link in your registration confirmation
- Plan flooring: the Gaylord National hall runs on carpet
- Staff the March 1, 5–7 p.m. grand opening reception
- Plan the booth's next stop: WasteExpo, NPE or RCon
