Plastics Recycling Conference 2027The exhibitor guide: booth costs, dates and deadlines

PRC 2027 runs March 1–3, 2027, with the Exhibit Hall grand opening and welcome reception on Monday, March 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. Resource Recycling has not posted the later hall hours yet. Future dates are set: Denver on March 20–22, 2028 and National Harbor again on March 12–14, 2029.

The 2027 conference is at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, Maryland, on the Potomac south of Washington, D.C. PRC was also held in National Harbor in 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2025, per the organizer's event history.

The 2027 Exhibit Booth Only package is $5,250 for one 10×10 with one registration; sponsor packages run $7,350 (Silver) to $26,250 (Diamond), each still one 10×10. Extra 10×10 units are $4,200, so a 10×20 is $9,450 in space before our build, which starts around $7,500 for a rental.

Each 10×10 includes an 8-foot black back drape with 3-foot side drapes, one 6-foot black draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a 7×44-inch name-only ID sign, plus a company listing in the app and website and the attendee list. Carpet is not mentioned, so we plan flooring in every quote.

Resource Recycling cites 2,500+ attendees and 250+ exhibitors for the three co-located conferences, drawn from packaging, sustainability, policy, manufacturing, recycling and materials recovery. One registration covers PRC, the Resource Recycling Conference and the Textile Recovery Summit.

The 2027 floor plan lists shredding and size-reduction makers such as Vecoplan, WEIMA and Untha, sorting firms like Pellenc ST and Bulk Handling Systems, extrusion and filtration companies including Starlinger, Gneuss and Coperion, and resin producers such as ExxonMobil Signature Polymers and Borouge.

For recycling equipment and resin companies, PRC puts reclaimers, MRF operators and brand owners in one hall, with APR members there for their Spring Membership Meeting. Indian and Asian processors are already on the 2027 floor plan, which makes it a direct route to U.S. buyers.

Resource Recycling has not published 2027 equipment or power rules, and the hall at Gaylord National runs on carpet. We plan a machine section or rotor on a load-spreading plinth and order power from the exhibitor kit; full lines stay as video and samples.

Purple's planning estimate for Gaylord National is about $170 per hundredweight in 2026 and 2027 with a 200-pound minimum; the PRC 2027 kit sets the official rate. Machine parts and sample crates are heavy, so we price drayage from your crate weights on the proposal.

Discounted rooms are at the Gaylord National itself, and the booking link arrives in your registration confirmation email. Resource Recycling warns that EHM, Convention Housing Authority and other third parties have posed as housing coordinators; the only official route is booking directly with the Gaylord.

PRC is a paid professional conference: registration buys plenary sessions, workshops, the full exhibit hall, receptions, a hosted networking meal and the attendee list. APR members get a reduced bundled rate, and attendees also gain an event app and a digital networking platform.

Academic researchers and national laboratories can submit posters until December 11, 2026. Up to 25 posters are selected, and the top judged poster earns a speaking slot during a session plus complimentary registration to the 2028 conference in Denver.

A recycling equipment booth moves well to WasteExpo in Las Vegas in May, NPE in Orlando and RCon in Portland in September. The sample shelf and plinths are modular, so they wait in our storage between shows and only the headline panels get reprinted.
