Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Questex
- Material handling / drayage, if the PODD space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the meeting
- When Questex posts PODD 2027: Choose an exhibiting or sponsorship package with Questex; we design to the 6×3 table-top or the 8×10 stand.
- About 10 weeks before the meeting: Design sign-off with device samples, literature and screen content confirmed.
- 30 to 45 days before the meeting: Production in Fishkill, NY; the stand is packed in rolling cases sized for hotel freight elevators.
- About 3 weeks before: Freight booked to the 2027 hotel's receiving window as Questex directs.
- Set-up day: Our project manager installs the stand, tests the screen and stages demo devices before doors open.
- After the last session: Pack-out, then the kit goes to storage or on to CPHI Americas or INTERPHEX.
