Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your POWERGEN booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling at the Salt Palace Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Salt Palace Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the POWERGEN venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: Quoted on request through Book Your Booth; no public rate for 2027
- Spouse exhibition pass: $50 add-on, exhibition access only, 2027 FAQ
- Registration cancellation: Refund minus $110 if cancelled in writing by November 12, 2026
Key dates
- Discounted POWERGEN hotel rates end (Connections Housing): December 28, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off; equipment list with weights, dimensions and power needs locked.
- November to mid-December 2026: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your product photography.
- December 28, 2026: Last day for discounted rooms through Connections Housing, the only official POWERGEN housing company.
- Early January 2027: Booth and crated equipment ship to The Expo Group's warehouse on the kit's dates; electrical and rigging orders filed.
- Days before January 19, 2027: Move-in at the Salt Palace on The Expo Group's schedule; our project manager sets and levels every piece.
- January 19–21, 2027: Three hall days, then dismantle after the Thursday 1 p.m. close and freight home or to storage.

Checklist
- Request space through Clarion's Book Your Booth form and send us the booth number and open sides
- List each piece of equipment with weight, dimensions, power need and the face to show
- Pick the 2027 Topic your booth speaks to: gas turbines, data center, O&M or nuclear
- Book rooms through Connections Housing before December 28, 2026
- Decide which staff join the PacifiCorp plant tours or the Data Center and OEM Meetups
- Approve the concept, plinth engineering and hanging-sign plan
- Set the outbound freight plan for the Thursday 1 p.m. close
