Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to Clarion Technical Conferences
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the PPIM space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the George R. Brown Convention Center, Hall E1 requires

- Embassy Suites Downtown Convention Center: $289 per room night, PPIM 2027 rate
- Home2 Suites Downtown Convention Center: $282 per room night, PPIM 2027 rate
- Tru by Hilton Downtown Convention Center: $272 per room night, PPIM 2027 rate
- Drayage (Purple planning figure): About $95 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–2027 GRB estimate
Key dates
- PPIM 2027 Innovation Award entries due: December 10, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- December 10, 2026: PPIM 2027 Innovation Award entries due; one per exhibiting company.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off, including cradles for each tool on display.
- December 2026: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days.
- Mid-January 2027: Booth and tools ship to the show freight target for the GRB.
- Before January 26, 2027: Move-in at Hall E1; 2027 move-in times not confirmed yet. Booth ready before the 5 p.m. opening reception.
- January 26–28, 2027: Exhibition days, then dismantle after the Thursday 2 p.m. close.

Checklist
- Send us your Hall E1 booth number from the 2027 floor plan
- List each tool with length, diameter, weight and the face to show
- Decide on an Innovation Award entry before December 10, 2026
- Collect run data and dig verification you can show publicly
- Book rooms directly with the Clarion-listed hotels, never through third parties
- Register booth staff and any training-course attendees
- Staff the Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions
- Plan dismantle and freight for the Thursday 2 p.m. close
