Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to USA Beauty
- Material handling (drayage) at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Greater Columbus Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Greater Columbus Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit with the contract, per Premiere
- Exhibitor Wi-Fi: From $49.99 for one day or $89.98 for two, per device, in the 2026 FAQ
- Greater Columbus Convention Center material handling: About $130 per cwt with a 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–2027 planning figure
- Show parking: $20 per day at the North Surface Lot and Goodale Garage
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late June 2027
- Late June 2027: Design sign-off: teaching chair, retail wall, checkout and graphics approved.
- July 2027: Production in Fishkill; lighting tested on hair color swatches and skin tones.
- Mid-July 2027: Booth confirmation arrives about 60 days out; we file carpet, power and Wi-Fi orders from the exhibitor kit.
- Late August 2027: Freight ships from Fishkill to Columbus for the published move-in target.
- September 12–13, 2027: Show days, Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with our project manager on call.
- September 13, 2027 after 4 p.m.: Dismantle and load-out from Hall D; the booth goes back to storage for the next Premiere.
