Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to USA Beauty)
- Material handling / drayage, if the Premiere San Antonio space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Henry B. González Convention Center
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit with the contract, per Premiere
- Henry B. González material handling: About $95 per cwt, Purple's 2026 planning figure
- Included classroom slot: One 60-minute classroom, valued at $800, subject to availability
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-June 2027
- Mid-June 2027: Design sign-off: chair and color bar positions, retail wall, graphics and hero product.
- July 2027: Production in Fishkill or Las Vegas; lighting tested on color swatches and skin tones.
- Late July 2027: Booth confirmation arrives about 60 days out; we file the exhibitor kit forms, power and flooring orders.
- Early August 2027: Freight ships to the advance warehouse or direct to Hall 3 on the published target date.
- August 29–30, 2027: Show days, Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with our project manager on call.
- August 30, 2027 after 4 p.m.: Dismantle and load-out from the HemisFair-side docks; the booth heads to storage or the next Premiere.
