Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to PRIM&R)
- Material handling (drayage) at the venue, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for PRIM&R Annual Conference
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth packages (2026): 10×10 $3,500; 10×20 $15,000; 10×30 $20,000
- Non-profit and career booths: Non-profit $1,500; Career Development $4,000, 2026
- Extra passes: Exhibit Hall-only $600; full conference $1,762, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When PRIM&R opens 2027 exhibit sales: Reserve a 10×10, 10×20 or 10×30 package; send us your products and messages.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: backwall, table dressing, screens and any catered moment.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; staff and third-party set-up names sent to PRIM&R.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight to the advance warehouse for the 2027 venue.
- Move-in morning: Our project manager sets up before PRIM&R's booth-ready deadline.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: We dismantle only inside the published move-out window and send the booth to storage.

Checklist
- Watch primr.org for the 2027 dates, city and exhibit sales
- Choose a 10×10, 10×20 or 10×30 package, or a Career Development booth
- Register all booth staff by PRIM&R's staff deadline
- Send PRIM&R our set-up staff names by its deadline
- Keep audio and design low-key to avoid restriction
- Order any catering through the venue's exclusive caterer
- Plan staffing for every show hour, including the reception
- Note PRIM&R's cancellation dates before committing
