Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your RAPS Convergence booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the RAPS Convergence space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Minneapolis Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the RAPS Convergence venue requires

- Tabletop (2026): $3,045 with table, two chairs and carpet
- Corner premium: $250 per corner, 2026

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- Early 2027: Reserve your RAPS booth; in the 2026 cycle prices rose after February 28.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: backwall, demo screens, meeting table and any sponsored presentation graphics.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; contractor orders placed from the 2027 kit.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor kit.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager builds the booth and tests demos before the opening reception.
- September 19–21, 2027: RAPS Convergence 2027 at the Minneapolis Convention Center; after close we pack the booth for storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Watch for RAPS's 2027 prospectus and book before the price step
- Decide between a tabletop, 10×10, 10×20 or 20×20
- List the product categories and regions you cover for the backwall
- Consider a Sponsored Presentation or Solutions Circle slot
- Count staff against included all-access and booth personnel badges
- Plan a session proposal for RAPS's 2027 call for proposals if your team wants a podium slot
- Send software demo files and screen needs to Purple
- Plan freight to the Minneapolis Convention Center once the 2027 exhibitor kit is out
