Logistics for RAPS Convergence 2027, handled
RAPS Convergence 2027 moves to the Minneapolis Convention Center at 1301 Second Ave S, with preconference workshops on September 18–19 and the conference September 19–21. RAPS has not yet released the 2027 exhibitor kit, so the contractor, advance warehouse and move-in schedule are not confirmed yet. In 2026 at the Charlotte Convention Center, booth personnel badges covered move-in, move-out and an hour before and after each show day. Once the kit is out, we place every contractor order, ship to the named advance warehouse and send our project manager to lead installation with vetted local labor.

What does a RAPS booth include?
In 2026 a 10×10 included one all-access registration and three booth personnel badges, a 10×20 two and six, and a 20×20 four and twelve. Tabletops came with a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs and carpet. Extra all-access badges cost $1,550 and exhibitor-only badges $770.
Can we rent a booth for RAPS Convergence?
We rent RAPS booths with a fabric backwall, demo counter, screen mounts, lighting and storage, with shipping, setup and teardown quoted together as one fixed price. If you choose a tabletop, we build a printed backdrop and table display that ship in one case.

Can we reuse our RAPS booth at other shows?
We build RAPS booths in modules so the frames move to DIA Global, ISPOR or MD&M Midwest with new graphics. In between, the kit sits in our storage while we rewrite region and product panels per audience.

The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, founded in 1976 as a neutral nonprofit, organizes Convergence. RAPS also runs the Regulatory Affairs Certification and sells Convergence booths, tabletops and sponsorships through its own exhibits team.
Is RAPS Convergence open to the public?
It is a registered professional conference. Besides all-access passes, RAPS sells Expo-Only registrations covering the exhibit hall, floor education sessions, lunches and networking: $470 for one day or $770 for two in 2026. Preconference workshops and ticketed events cost extra.
