Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to RE+ Events
- Material handling / drayage, if the RE+ Hawaii space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the RE+ Hawaii venue requires
Published rates:
- Exhibit package, member: $3,200 for a 10×10 with draped table, SEIA premium or SEPA members, 2027
- Exhibit package, nonmember: $3,700 for a 10×10 with draped table, 2027
- Sponsorship tiers: $2,500 (Watt) to $12,500 (Terawatt), 2027
- Hotel block: $279 per night plus 17.96% tax at the 'Alohilani, 2027
Key dates
- Room block cutoff at the 'Alohilani Resort (noon HST): December 10, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Book your 10×10 on the RE+ Hawai'i Map Your Show floor plan and send us product samples, logos and the island project data you want on the table.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off for the tabletop kit: riser, backdrop, header and any monitor.
- Late November to mid-December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY; the kit is packed into airline cases and test-assembled on a 6-foot table.
- December 10, 2026: Room block at the 'Alohilani closes at noon HST; your team's rooms should be booked by then.
- Early January 2027: Kit ships by air to your team or travels as checked bags with setup instructions.
- January 26–27, 2027: RE+ Hawai'i runs at the 'Alohilani Resort; we ship the kit home or on to your next RE+ show.
