Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your RE+ Northeast booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for RE+ Northeast
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space: $36 per sq ft for SEIA premium or SEPA members, $41 for nonmembers, 2027
- Start-Up Program: $2,000 for a 10×10 in the Innovation Zone with table and carpet, 2027
- Drayage (Purple venue guide): $323.95 per cwt crated to the advance warehouse, a 2026 rate charged at another BCEC show; RE+ Northeast publishes its own in the exhibitor kit
- Venue parking: $35 per vehicle in the South Lot, $70 oversized, 2027 event page
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late November 2026
- Now to early November 2026: Reserve space on the RE+ Northeast floor plan in Hall A and send us products, kit sizes and the states you sell into.
- Late November 2026: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before the show: walls, battery base, rooftop section and lighting.
- December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; battery cabinet base load-tested and graphics printed.
- Early January 2027: Labor, electrical and freight orders filed; crates leave Fishkill, a short truck run to Boston.
- Move-in before February 2, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor install in Hall A on the move-in days the exhibitor kit sets.
- February 2–4, 2027: RE+ Northeast runs; we dismantle after close and store the booth for RE+ Southeast or RE+ in Las Vegas.

Checklist
- Choose your space on the RE+ Northeast 2027 floor plan in Hall A
- Check SEIA premium or SEPA membership for the $36 per sq ft rate
- Ask RE+ Events about the multi-event bundle discount form
- Startups: check the Innovation Zone limits (under 25 staff, $3M funding, $1M revenue)
- Register your two included full-conference staff and send five guest passes
- Book a Seaport hotel through the official portal only
- Get organizer consent before planning any hospitality suite
- Send battery weights and power needs for the base and electrical order
