Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your RE+ Southeast booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the RE+ Southeast space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Georgia World Congress Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the RE+ Southeast venue requires
Published rates:
- 10×10 package, member: $3,200 for SEIA Premium or SEPA members, 2027
- 10×10 package, non-member: $3,700, 2027
- Drayage (planning): About $150 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple planning estimate for 2026 and 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late February 2027
- Now to January 2027: Book your units on the 2027 floor plan; ask RE+ Events about multi-event booking with RE+ Texas and RE+.
- Late February 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before the show: counter, plinths, map wall and lighting approved.
- March 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days; the booth is engineered to flat-pack for a two-person build.
- April 2027: Contractor, electrical and lead retrieval orders filed; freight ships to the advance warehouse for Atlanta.
- Move-in before May 11, 2027, per the exhibitor kit: Our project manager and your team set up the booth.
- May 11–12, 2027: RE+ Southeast runs; we pack out after close and send the booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Reserve two adjoining 10×10 units on the 2027 floor plan
- Confirm your SEIA Premium or SEPA status before booking units
- Collect installed projects or distributors by state for the map wall
- Pick the two full conference attendees and five customer invitations
- Send product weights and power needs for the electrical order
- Clear any hospitality suite with RE+ Events in advance
- Plan staffing around the education schedule on both days
- Book the booth for RE+ Texas or RE+ 2027 at the same time
