Georgia to the Carolinas in two days: RE+ Southeast 2027 booths in Atlanta
RE+ Southeast is a compact regional floor where EPCs, manufacturers and installers from Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee and Florida meet suppliers face to face. A tidy two-unit booth with real product and a regional story works; at the GWCC your own staff may build under Georgia's right-to-work rules.

What makes RE+ Southeast different, and how we build for it
RE+ Southeast is the regional RE+ event for the Southeast's solar and storage market, run by RE+ Events for SEIA and SEPA, and RE+ Events says all proceeds go back into the industry. It is small by design: 700 attendees and 55+ exhibitors at the Georgia World Congress Center in 2026, with 65% holding buying power and EPC companies the largest group at 19%. Georgia sent 34% of attendees, North Carolina 13%, Tennessee and Florida 6% each. Exhibitors book standard 10×10 packages straight off the floor plan, so a booth here wins by clarity: product on the table, a regional project wall and a staffer who knows the utility territories.
The largest group in 2026; they want modules, inverters and racking they can source for Georgia and Carolinas projects, with lead times and a regional rep named.
Manufacturers attend to find partners and suppliers, consultants to track policy; both look for crisp technical facts and someone who understands the region's utilities.
Residential and C&I installers from five or six states compare products and stock; a working sample and printed price-tier or program sheet keeps them talking.

Two shops and one project manager for RE+ Southeast
Our Fishkill, NY production shop and our Las Vegas hub build the booth, we ship it to the Georgia World Congress Center, and our own project manager runs the RE+ Southeast install on the floor with vetted local labor. Builds take a predictable 30 to 45 days, with secure storage and pre-show QA.
Your staff walks onto the RE+ Southeast floor and the booth is already lit and stocked. You just show up.

- From spring to May
RE+ Southeast moves from March 31 to April 1 in 2026 to May 11–12 in 2027, still at the Georgia World Congress Center. The extra six weeks give time to reuse a booth from RE+ Texas in late March before shipping it to Atlanta. source
Inside RE+ Southeast 2027
Rules that shape your RE+ Southeast booth
RE+ Southeast prices exhibit space per 10×10 package with a paper ID sign, a 6-foot draped table and two chairs, booked first come, first served from the floor plan. We design within joined units and swap the draped table for a branded counter.
The $3,200 package price is for SEIA Premium members and SEPA members; non-members pay $3,700 per unit. Two units differ by $1,000, so we flag membership on the proposal before you book.
Under RE+ Events' zero-tolerance suitcasing policy, a competing event in show hours costs the booth with no refund, marketing stays inside the contracted space, and hospitality suites need prior consent. We keep every graphic and stand within your booth line.
RE+ Events admits no infants or children under 18 to the exhibit floor or education sessions. We remind travel planners so the badge list holds adults only.
Programs worth planning for
RE+ Events offers savings for exhibitors who book several of its events, a fit for suppliers planning RE+ Texas, RE+ Southeast and the national RE+ in one year.
Included with every package: promotional banners and sample social media posts to announce your booth, plus five customer invitations to bring buyers onto the floor.
RE+ Southeast is the RE+ family's regional show for Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee and Florida; choose it over RE+ Texas when your installers, EPCs and distributors work east of the Mississippi and a two-unit booth fits the budget. Every energy and utilities show we build for, side by side →

Popular booth sizes at RE+ Southeast
RE+ Southeast sells space as 10×10 packages on its 2027 floor plan, each with an ID sign, a 6-foot draped table and two chairs. Purple does not build at 10×10: we recommend two adjoining units as a 10×20, enough for product, a back wall and a seated conversation.

Two packages side by side: a module or inverter on a plinth, a storage cabinet beside it, a regional project wall and a small table for EPC conversations.

Shapoorji Pallonji at an engineering and infrastructure exhibition
A structured, powerful booth for a global engineering group founded in 1865, built to communicate scale, trust and engineering excellence.
Shapoorji Pallonji needed engineering credibility to read instantly at an infrastructure show; a two-unit RE+ Southeast booth has to earn the same trust from regional EPCs in two days.

04 Designing for solar module, inverter, storage, racking, electrical and engineering suppliers selling into the Southeast at RE+ Southeast
Four things we get right for RE+ Southeast exhibitors
1Two units beat a crowded one
Each RE+ Southeast package is a 10×10 with a 6-foot draped table and two chairs. We combine two units into a 10×20, replace the table with a branded counter and product plinth, and keep a seated corner for the EPC conversations that make up most of this floor.
2Map the Southeast, state by state
In 2026, 34% of attendees came from Georgia and 13% from North Carolina, with Tennessee and Florida close behind. We print a regional map with your installed projects or distributors by state, so a visitor sees whether you already serve their territory.
3Built for a two-day sprint
With two days of exhibition and a robust education schedule, traffic comes in waves between sessions. We design a booth your team can staff with two people, with literature and samples stored inside the counter so the floor stays clear when a session lets out.
4Light it for a calm hall
A 55-exhibitor regional floor does not have the visual noise of RE+ in Las Vegas, so a well-lit header and backlit product shots read from far down the aisle. We use LED fabric frames that pack small and travel by parcel to Atlanta.

Where you could be at RE+ Southeast 2027
RE+ Events has not published which GWCC building RE+ Southeast uses in 2027. These are the campus's exhibit buildings and what each means for a regional booth.
Building A
Part of the original 1976 complex, expanded through later phases; often used by large trade shows and association conferences.
Our advice Freight elevators and dock access differ between buildings, so we confirm your building before fixing crate sizes.
Buildings B and C, Exhibit Hall BC
Building B dates from the 2002 expansion; the 140,000 sq ft Exhibit Hall BC connector opened in 2020, creating over 1 million contiguous sq ft.
Our advice A small regional show may take one section of this floor; we plan signage height so the booth reads in a big, quiet space.

Logistics for RE+ Southeast 2027, handled
Atlanta's state-owned convention campus is three buildings, A, B and C, and RE+ Events has not said which one the 2027 show will use. Georgia is right-to-work, which normally leaves your own employees free to put the booth up and take it down, though drayage and utilities stay with the official contractor. A light, flat-packed structure goes to the advance warehouse, we order power and handling, and a Purple project manager builds alongside your staff the day before doors open. Purple's planning estimate for GWCC drayage is about $150 per hundredweight.
RE+ Southeast exhibitors can find this building's hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines in our Georgia World Congress Center exhibitor guide.
What Purple handles
- Two-unit 10×20 layouts within the RE+ package
- Branded counters that replace the standard draped table
- Regional map walls by state
- Flat-packed booths for a right-to-work hall
- Contractor and electrical orders at the GWCC
- Reuse across RE+ Texas, RE+ Southeast and RE+

RE+ Southeast exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before RE+ Southeast
When is RE+ Southeast 2027?
RE+ Southeast 2027 runs Tuesday, May 11 and Wednesday, May 12, 2027 on the GWCC campus downtown, six weeks later in the calendar than the 2026 edition of March 31 to April 1. The hours the floor opens each day in 2027 are not confirmed yet.
Where is RE+ Southeast held?
RE+ Southeast 2027 is back at the GWCC on Andrew Young International Boulevard, the same campus as in 2026. MARTA stops at the campus, and the Omni Hotel at CNN Center sits directly across.
How much does a booth at RE+ Southeast cost?
Each 2027 unit is $3,200 when your company belongs to SEIA at the Premium level or to SEPA, or $3,700 without membership, so a two-unit 10×20 runs $6,400 or $7,400 in space. A Purple 10×20 rental adds $7,500 to $15,000 for structure, graphics and installation.
What comes with an RE+ Southeast booth?
The package covers a 10×10 floor space, a printed name sign, a draped 6-foot table and a pair of chairs, plus two Full Conference badges, five invitations for customers and the marketing toolkit with banners and ready-made social posts.
How do we book space at RE+ Southeast?
Reserve units directly on the 2027 floor plan, which is live through Map Your Show, or contact the RE+ Southeast sales lead named on the exhibit page. Units are allocated in booking order, and RE+ Events discounts companies that commit to several of its events.
How many people attend RE+ Southeast?
The 2026 edition drew 700 attendees and 55+ exhibitors to the GWCC, with 65% of visitors holding buying power. The event home page separately speaks of connecting 1,000+ professionals with 85+ companies, without a year. Attendance for 2027 is not confirmed yet.
Who attends RE+ Southeast?
In 2026 EPC companies were the largest group at 19%, then manufacturers at 15%, followed by consulting companies, installers, distributors and developers. Georgia supplied 34% of attendees, North Carolina 13%, California 9%, and Tennessee and Florida 6% each.
Who exhibits at RE+ Southeast?
The 2026 list included module makers Heliene, Hounen Solar and REC Americas, inverter and storage brands SMA America, Sol-Ark, FranklinWH and NeoVolta, Eaton and Panduit for electrical gear, racking from Polar Racking and SnapNrack, and engineers Burns & McDonnell.
Can our own staff set up the booth in Atlanta?
Purple's GWCC venue guide notes that Georgia's right-to-work law lets full-time employees generally build and strike a booth here without union crews. Drayage and utilities still go through the show's official contractor, which we order for you.
Can we host a reception during RE+ Southeast?
Not during official show hours: RE+ Events' suitcasing policy bars exhibitors from competing events then, keeps all marketing within the contracted booth and requires prior consent for hospitality suites. Evening events after the floor closes are the usual route.
Is RE+ Southeast open to the public?
RE+ Southeast is a registered industry event for the clean energy trade, and RE+ Events keeps anyone younger than 18 out of the hall and the session rooms. Exhibitors can bring five customers on the invitations included with each 10×10 package.
Is RE+ Southeast worth exhibiting at?
For suppliers selling into Georgia, the Carolinas, Tennessee and Florida, it puts a regional buyer group in one room for two days at $3,200 to $3,700 per unit, a fraction of a national island. Brands chasing utility-scale buyers nationally should weigh RE+ in Las Vegas first.
Can we use the same booth at RE+ Texas and RE+?
One frame can do the whole RE+ circuit: RE+ Texas in Houston on March 24–25, 2027 uses the same 10×10 package, so a 10×20 built for Houston travels on to Atlanta in May and can grow into a larger inline for RE+ in Las Vegas in November, with regional graphics swapped between stops.
Before you sign for RE+ Southeast
Ask any RE+ Southeast exhibit builder these five questions:
- Is each fee on the proposal, even the ones the show contractor bills?
- Who actually builds it for RE+ Southeast: your shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your own project manager be at RE+ Southeast for install and dismantle?
- For RE+ Southeast, what is in the rental and what is billed by the show?
- Once RE+ Southeast closes, where does the booth go and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh its graphics, repair what is worn, ship and install it for RE+ Southeast, and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for and bring it to RE+ Southeast.
