Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to RE+ Events)
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for RE+ Texas
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the George R. Brown Convention Center requires it
Published rates:
- Booth space, member: $32 per sq ft for SEIA Premium or SEPA members ($3,200 per 10×10), 2027
- Booth space, non-member: $37 per sq ft ($3,700 per 10×10), 2027
- Drayage (planning): About $95 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple planning estimate for 2026 and 2027
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-January 2027
- Now to December 2026: Book space on the 2027 floor plan, first come, first served; ask about multi-event booking with other RE+ regionals.
- Mid-January 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: back wall, product plinths and counters approved.
- Late January to February 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days; the structure is engineered to flat-pack for a small crew.
- Early March 2027: Contractor, electrical and lead retrieval orders filed; crates ship to the GRB dock or the advance warehouse.
- Move-in before March 24, 2027, per the exhibitor kit: Our project manager and your team build the booth before opening.
- March 24–25, 2027: RE+ Texas and RE+ Microgrids run; we pack out after close and ship to storage or the next RE+ regional.

Checklist
- Pick an open booth on the 2027 floor plan and sign the Space Application Contract
- Check SEIA Premium or SEPA membership for the $32 rate
- Decide whether the booth speaks to RE+ Microgrids buyers as well
- Send product weights and power needs for the GRB electrical order
- Collect Texas project photos and references for the back wall
- Name your two full conference attendees and send five customer invitations
- Tell RE+ Events about any hospitality suite and get consent first
- Book the booth for RE+ Southeast or RE+ 2027 at the same time
