Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space, paid to RE+ Events
- Material handling (drayage) at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for RE+
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the RE+ venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, base rate: $52 per sq ft, RE+ 26 (2026)
- Booth space, discounted: As low as $42 per sq ft for RE+ sponsors, SEIA Premium and SEPA members, 2026
- Modular meeting room: $7,500 (10×10), $11,500 (10×20), $20,000 (20×20), RE+ 26
- Extra booth staff badge: $365 member, $515 non-member (Expo Hall Only), RE+ 26
Key dates
- Last day the Freeman advance warehouse receives RE+ 26 freight: November 5, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Summer 2027 (RE+ 2027); RE+ 26 builds are already in production
- November 2026: Walk RE+ 26 (November 16–19) with us, then book RE+ 2027 space and Start-up Program applications as sales open.
- Spring to summer 2027: Design sign-off; booth diagram and hanging-sign plans for spaces of 400 sq ft or more go to RE+ and Freeman for approval.
- August to September 2027: Production in our shop over 30 to 45 days; equipment supports engineered to your transformer, cabinet or skid weights.
- October 2027: Freeman, electrical and rigging orders filed; EAC notice submitted; freight ships to the Freeman advance warehouse in Las Vegas.
- Target move-in, November 2027: Install starts at your Freeman target slot under your Purple project manager; crates emptied and tagged under the Clean Floor Policy.
- November 15–18, 2027: RE+ 2027 runs; we dismantle after the floor closes and store the booth at our Las Vegas hub until RE+ 2028.

Checklist
- Decide which edition you are building for: RE+ 26 in November 2026 or RE+ 2027
- Check SEIA Premium or SEPA membership for the lower square-foot rate
- List every product with weight and footprint, and flag anything over 175 lb per sq ft
- Pick the booth type, then read its height limit before we draw
- Send booth diagram and hanging-sign details if your space is 400 sq ft or more
- Book a modular meeting room or plan one inside your island
- File the EAC notice and insurance, and choose advance warehouse or direct shipping
- Assign badges by booth size and send customer invitations early
