Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to RNG Coalition)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for RNG Conference
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Registration cancellation: Full refund less $100 if cancelled in writing 30+ days out; none after (2026)
- Badge reprint: $25 for a lost badge, government photo ID required (2026)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the conference
- When the 2027 package is signed: Choose the host or sponsor level and ask the Coalition whether it includes a meeting room; send us your sponsor kit.
- About 10 weeks before the conference: Design sign-off on meeting-room graphics, reception signage and any giveaway cleared with the Coalition.
- 8 to 4 weeks before the conference: Production in Fishkill, NY: fabric backdrops, tube graphics and screen stands built and packed in hand-carry cases.
- About 30 days before the conference: The Coalition releases the final program and app; we confirm reception and meeting times and ship to hotel receiving.
- Arrival day: Our project manager sets up the meeting room and signage with your team, around registration and the opening reception.
- Conference days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: We pack the kit after the closing lunch and store it for BIOGAS AMERICAS, RNG WORKS or the next RNG CONFERENCE.
