Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to The Robot Report and Arrowfly
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the RoboBusiness venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When the 2027 package is signed: Choose the sponsor package and booth size; send us the robot's dimensions, run area, weight and charging needs.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: demo plinth or run zone, component wall, meeting table and every graphic panel approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY: plinths, cutaway displays and graphics built and test-assembled within 30 to 45 days.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates, robots and batteries leave for the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor kit.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth, set the run zone and test charging before your team arrives.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: The 2026 show runs two days; after the 2027 close we pack the robots first, then the structure, and route the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Choose the 2027 sponsor package and send us its booth size and speaking slot
- Send robot dimensions, run area, weight, charging and battery details
- Pick the one task the robot will repeat on the floor
- Prepare a cutaway or sample of the component you sell
- Write a one-line deployment result for the aisle header
- Book staff rooms once the 2027 hotel block opens
- Schedule investor and buyer meetings for the first expo day
- Send logo, product photography and demo video to Purple
