Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Robotics Summit & Expo booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the Robotics Summit & Expo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Robotics Summit & Expo venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-March 2027
- Mid-March 2027: Design sign-off with robot dimensions, weights, run zones and power needs, sized to your sponsor package footprint.
- April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: plinths, cutaway displays, sensor screens and graphics built and test-assembled within 30 to 45 days.
- Early May 2027: Crates, robots and batteries ship to the advance warehouse named in the exhibitor kit, with weights recorded.
- Move-in days before June 2: Our project manager and vetted Boston labor build the booth at the Hynes and test power, charging and sensor feeds.
- June 2–3, 2027: Expo 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Thursday, with DeviceTalks Boston alongside.
- June 3, 2027 after 3 p.m.: Robots packed first, then the structure; the booth returns to storage or ships to its next show.

Checklist
- Choose your 2027 sponsor package and whether to add space for a running robot
- Send robot and rig dimensions, weights, run zones, power and charging needs
- Pick the joint, sensor or software layer the cutaway will explain
- Prepare spec cards with torque, weight, interfaces and lead times
- Book Engineering Theater or panel slots and send us the times
- Plan two staff rotations for the 10 a.m.–5 p.m. first day
- Book Boston rooms early; the Sheraton Boston connects to Hynes Halls C and D
- Send logo, product photography and sensor demo footage to Purple
