Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to Life Time)
- Material handling (drayage) at the Laguna Seca Recreation Area (WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca), where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Sea Otter Classic venue requires
Published rates:
- Electricity: Per 15-amp, 1,200-watt outlet unit within 100 ft, 2027
- Sea Otter Club pass: $325 one day, $875 four days, 2027
- Outbound late fee: 25% on late TriCord paperwork, 2027
- Festival passes: 2 per 10×10 of booth space, 2027
Key dates
- Stamped structural plans due for truss and structures over 400 sq ft: February 5, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- November to December 2026: Book the space and choose canopy or custom structure; we confirm whether it crosses the 400 square foot permit line.
- By February 5, 2027: Stamped structural plans for truss and structures over 400 square feet submitted, the same date as the discounted services deadline.
- February to March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; booth layout rendering uploaded by March 15 and storage containers ordered by March 20.
- Late March 2027: Alcohol, meeting-space and late-arrival notices by March 26; crates ship to TriCord's warehouse.
- April 12–14, 2027: Move-in through South Boundary Road; our project manager weights the structure and tests power before Wednesday's deadline.
- April 15–18, 2027: Expo days, then a staggered Sunday move-out from 2 p.m., with TriCord collecting outbound freight.

Checklist
- Confirm the space size; anything over 400 square feet or any truss needs stamped plans by February 5, 2027
- Order discounted services by February 5, 2027
- Upload the booth layout rendering by March 15, 2027
- Order storage containers by March 20 and extra festival wristbands by March 17
- Report any alcohol activation and meeting-space requests before March 26, 2027
- Apply for a California seller's permit if you will sell, between January 15 and April 1
- File the demo form and bring rider waivers and helmets
- Send freight to TriCord; the venue refuses direct shipments
