Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your Shoppe Object booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling (drayage) at the Starrett-Lehigh Building, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Starrett-Lehigh Building requires it
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late November 2026
- As soon as you are accepted: Send us the booth option, footprint and floor from Shoppe Object, plus the pieces you plan to show.
- Late November 2026: Design sign-off: fixtures, plinths, lighting and graphics agreed, about 10 weeks before opening.
- December 2026 to early January 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; fixtures test-assembled and flat-packed by floor.
- Move-in days before February 7: We truck the booth to West Chelsea and our project manager installs it on your floor; your team styles the product.
- February 7–9, 2027: Show days: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on February 7 and 8, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on February 9.
- After close on February 9: Dismantle, samples packed to your plan and the booth back to Fishkill for the August edition.

Checklist
- Submit the Shoppe Object exhibitor application and plan the edit you will show
- Send us the booth option, footprint and floor as soon as you are accepted
- Choose the hero pieces and collections, with sizes and weights
- Decide whether NOURISH, the Global Artisan Project or BLMAI fits your brand
- Prepare line sheets, wholesale minimums and lead times for buyers
- Set up your Shoppe Online listing and a QR code for the booth
- Book hotels through the New York show page link
- Send logo, palette and product photography to Purple
