Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Exhibit space (paid to Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer)
- Material handling / drayage, if the SITC Annual Meeting space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center requires

- Premium package (10×20 inline): $10,000, 2026 price
- Tech Talk: $5,000 per 15-minute talk, 2026 price
- Material handling: About $170 per cwt at Gaylord National, Purple's 2026–2027 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late August 2027
- Spring 2027: Reserve an SITC package through the booth reservation portal once SITC opens 2027 sales; the 2027 opening date is not confirmed yet.
- Late August 2027: Design sign-off; Tech Talk or Sponsored Symposium applications go in if you want a speaking slot (July 31 and September 14 in 2026).
- September 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; SITC's 2026 cancellation cutoff was September 18.
- Mid-October 2027: Crates ship to the official decorator's advance warehouse with carpet-safe packing.
- Days before November 3, 2027: Move-in at Gaylord National; in 2026 move-in ran the two days before the hall opened.
- November 3–7, 2027: Meeting days; staff the booth through lunch and reception blocks, then dismantle and ship after close.

Checklist
- Watch for SITC's 2027 reservation dates and package prices
- Pick the package size before designing the booth
- Decide on a Tech Talk or Sponsored Symposium before summer deadlines
- Plan staff for lunch and evening reception hours

- File any client meeting as an SITC ancillary event
