Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your Smoky Mountain Gift Show booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the Smoky Mountain Gift Show space rate leaves it out
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Smoky Mountain Gift Show
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Cartload service: Up to 8 pieces under 150 lb, outside the free freight allowance, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- When 2027 dates are published: Book space with Clarion and send us your booth number, package and product list.
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: grid walls, risers, imprint samples and header graphics agreed.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; product pre-hung on panels where possible.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship through GES to the advance warehouse named in the 2027 exhibitor manual.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager installs the booth; in 2026 everything must be built by 5 p.m. on the second move-in day.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: The 2026 show runs four days; after the 2027 close we pack out and ship the booth to storage.

Checklist
- Watch for Clarion's 2027 dates and book space through the exhibit form
- Note booth number and package contents from your contract
- List every product line, with sample imprints by destination
- Order electrical and internet from the convention center
- Plan GES freight to the advance warehouse or show site
- Book rooms through Connections Housing only
- Plan buyer follow-up across Tennessee Market Week venues
- Send logo, product photography and price lists to Purple
