Smoky Mountain Gift Show 2027Exhibitor guide: booth costs, dates and deadlines

Clarion has not posted a 2027 date, so 2027 dates are not confirmed yet. This year's show fills Wednesday through Saturday, November 4–7, 2026, opening daily at 9 a.m. and closing at 5 p.m., or 3 p.m. on the Saturday. We will plan your 2027 booth as soon as Clarion posts the dates.

For 2027 the building is not confirmed yet; this November's edition uses the Gatlinburg Convention Center at 234 Airport Road, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, as part of Tennessee Market Week with IGES in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

Clarion quotes its booth packages on request through the exhibit form and does not post prices. For the display inside the package, a 10×20 rental with grid walls, risers, lighting and graphics runs $7,500 to $15,000 from us. Souvenir lines stay compact here, so freight and the package rules matter more than the build.

The 2026 package includes undraped tables and risers, a chair, a booth ID sign, pipe and drape, a directory listing, and invitations and stickers to promote your booth. Electrical and internet are not included and are ordered from the convention center.

Destination souvenir wholesalers, manufacturers and gift, home decor, seasonal and resort merchandise suppliers. Clarion says leading wholesalers return each year: 92% of exhibitors plan to exhibit again and 83% rate the show important to their business.

Retail buyers from airport shops, gift and souvenir stores, Christmas stores, galleries, wineries, pharmacies, hardware and garden stores, plus national park concessionaires, aquariums, zoos, cruise lines and hospital gift shops. Tennessee Market Week drew 5,000+ buyers across its three venues in 2026.

Only the trade gets in, and qualified retailers pay nothing. A store attending for the first time shows a personal ID plus two proofs of business, such as a sales tax ID or business card, and every extra staff member needs one personal and one business ID.

The combined November market of the Smoky Mountain Gift Show and IGES: more than 825 vendors, 5,000+ buyers, three locations and five days in 2026. IGES runs at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, with the Campground @IGES pavilion, and at the Sevierville Convention Center; a free express shuttle links them to Gatlinburg.

For 2027 they are not confirmed yet. In 2026 move-in runs Monday and Tuesday, November 2–3, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with every exhibit fully installed by 5 p.m. Tuesday, and move-out runs Saturday, November 7 from 3 to 10 p.m.

You may carry merchandise from a vehicle parked in a lot, but curbside unloading, hand carts and dollies are not allowed. Small loads can go by cartload, at most 8 pieces totaling under 150 pounds, one push cart per car, and that service is billed outside the free freight allowance.

The Expo Group is the general service contractor, and General Exposition Services is the official decorator and handles domestic and international shipping, with estimates in its online service kit. We place the GES orders and put each estimate on our proposal.

Connections Housing is the only approved housing vendor. McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is the closest commercial airport, about 40 miles away, and pre-registered buyers park free at the Bearskin Parking Garage, 955 Parkway, while space lasts.

A grid-wall souvenir booth packs into a few crates and travels well. Souvenir and resort suppliers carry the same kit to the Ocean City Resort Gift Expo and the Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show, with our Fishkill, NY warehouse holding it between seasons.
