Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Your SOT Annual Meeting & ToxExpo booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the SOT Annual Meeting & ToxExpo space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet access and rigging
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the SOT Annual Meeting & ToxExpo venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, commercial: $2,700 per 10×10 inline, $2,900 corner or island, 2027 rate
- Booth space, nonprofit: $750 per 10×10 inline, 2027 rate
- Exhibitor-Hosted Session: $1,550 per approved 60-minute session, 2027
- Material handling: About $95 per cwt, Purple's 2026 planning figure
Key dates
- Island, endcap and altered-booth drawings, insurance and EAC registration due to SOT: February 12, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off; island, endcap or altered-booth drawings drafted for SOT approval.
- January 2027: Production in our Fishkill, NY shop over 30 to 45 days; ToxExpo Directory content to SOT by January 22 and booth staff registered by January 25.
- February 12, 2027: Drawings, certificates of insurance and EAC registration due; first day freight reaches Shepard's advance warehouse without fees; housing deadline.
- February 19 to March 5, 2027: Shepard orders at the advance rate by February 19; crates land at the warehouse by March 5 to avoid late fees.
- March 13–14, 2027: Move-in; flooring down by 4 p.m. Sunday and the booth occupied by 5 p.m., or SOT may reassign the space.
- March 15–17, 2027: ToxExpo days with our project manager on call; move-out Wednesday evening and Thursday, March 18.

Checklist
- Confirm units, corners and nonprofit status with SOT before January assignments
- Send ToxExpo Directory content by January 22, 2027
- Register booth personnel by January 25, 2027
- Approve island or altered-booth drawings for the February 12 deadline
- Book rooms through Connections Housing by February 12
- Order Shepard services by February 19 for advance rates
- Keep giveaways under $10 and prize drawings under $1,000
- Apply for an Exhibitor-Hosted Session by January 8, 2027
