Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling at the Las Vegas Convention Center, when the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Las Vegas Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Las Vegas Convention Center requires it
Key dates
- onPeak discounted hotel rates for the Las Vegas fashion week: January 21, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early December 2026
- November 2026: Booth confirmed with Informa; send us your categories, sample list, certifications and whether you also show in New York.
- Early December 2026: Design sign-off: swatch wall, sample positions, meeting tables and graphics.
- December 2026 to January 2027: Build in our shop over 30 to 45 days; swatch lighting tested on your fabrics.
- February 7–9, 2027: SOURCING New York at the Javits Center for suppliers showing both editions.
- February 16–18, 2027: SOURCING Las Vegas after move-in on Informa's schedule, which is not confirmed yet; dismantle after the close.

Checklist
- Send your SOURCING booth number, hall, footprint and open sides
- List categories, sample garments and the fabric or trim library you will bring
- Gather certificates and any Hey Social Good verification for the capability wall
- Set minimums, lead times and costing sheets your staff will hand out
- Book onPeak rooms before January 21, 2027, and New York rooms if you show there
- Register staff and file EAC paperwork in the Exhibitor Resource Center
