SOURCING by Informa runs February 16–18, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, alongside MAGIC, PROJECT and OFFPRICE. The New York edition comes first, February 7–9, 2027 at the Javits Center. Informa has not posted 2027 Las Vegas floor hours; they are not confirmed yet.

At the Las Vegas Convention Center. In February 2026 SOURCING filled South Hall, and in August 2026 it used South Hall sections S1 and S2; the hall for February 2027 is not confirmed yet. South Hall sits across Desert Inn Road from the rest of the campus and connects by bridges.

SOURCING's New York edition runs Sunday to Tuesday, February 7–9, 2027 on Level 3 of the Javits Center. Doors open at 9 a.m. each day and close at 6 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, 4 p.m. on Tuesday. Registration runs through Informa's New York registration site, and categories cover women's and men's apparel, footwear, handbags, athleisure and activewear.

Informa reports 8,400+ attendees at SOURCING Las Vegas in February 2026, from 70+ countries and regions, with 74% buying power and over 73% C-suite executives, owners and presidents. 55% were new buyers, including boutique and specialty stores and online retailers.

Apparel, accessories and footwear manufacturers; fabrics, textiles and trim; packaging suppliers; fashion technology and service providers; home textiles and gift; and Verified Sustainable Solutions. Informa publishes each edition's supplier list on its fashionresource.com event site, with a SOURCING filter.

Fashion entrepreneurs, brands, manufacturers, retailers and technology providers looking for production, materials and services, per Informa, including retailers developing private label. Its floor communities are Fashion Technology, Sustainability & Social Good and Fashion Entrepreneurship, the last aimed at founders planning the next step for a growing business.

All four shows share one registration, so most badges open every floor, while Informa's 2026 badge rules made Sourcing Only badges valid for SOURCING alone. Retailers shopping MAGIC or PROJECT can cross into SOURCING to look for private-label makers, which is worth a panel on your wall.

Informa quotes space after an exhibitor inquiry and posts no rates. For the exhibit, a 10×20 rental with a swatch wall, lighting and graphics typically runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a 20×20 custom showroom $50,000 to $120,000; enclosed meeting rooms and capability displays move the number.

SOURCING runs a verified sustainable exhibitor program with Hey Social Good, which checks a supplier's practices against the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Verified suppliers sit in the Sustainability & Social Good community and the Verified Sustainable Solutions category.

Shipping addresses, deadlines and the EAC policy are in Informa's Exhibitor Resource Center. We consolidate rolls, sample books and fixtures on one bill of lading, ship to the advance warehouse and size crates for South Hall Level 2 freight elevators if that is where you land.

onPeak books the official hotel block for the Las Vegas week, with discounted rates until January 21, 2027. SOURCING New York has its own hotel booking link on the New York event page. Free shuttles serve the LVCC from five hotel routes during the show.

The two editions are seven days apart, February 7–9 and February 16–18, 2027. We build a modular supplier booth that installs at the Javits Center, ships across the country in time for Las Vegas, and stays in our Las Vegas storage afterward.

For factories, mills and trim makers selling to U.S. brands it puts thousands of buyers from MAGIC, PROJECT and OFFPRICE one bridge away, and 55% of February 2026 buyers were new. Fabric mills focused on technical textiles also look at Functional Fabric Fair or Texworld.
