Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Late October 2026: Reserve space through the Flooring Markets application and pay on receipt; we lay out the booth on the SWFM floorplan.
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off, about 9 weeks before the market; sample list, flooring for the laid area and barrier spec locked.
- November to early December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; Grit Productions orders placed from the exhibitor kit.
- Mid-December 2026: Freight ships to Arlington ahead of the holidays, with sample boards and installation tools packed by collection.
- Before 9 a.m. January 7, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor lay the barrier and floor, build the walls and light the samples.
- January 7–8, 2027: Market days; the floor closes at 2 p.m. Friday, then we lift the flooring, check the carpet and ship the booth to storage.

Checklist
- Pick your space tier, since the per-foot rate drops at 300, 700, 1,200, 2,000 and 3,000 square feet
- Pay the SWFM invoice on receipt once space is confirmed
- Decide whether to lay a sample floor, which needs the approved barrier
- Sign off the design by early November 2026
- List collections, sample counts and board sizes for the racks
- Order equipment and power from Grit Productions through the exhibitor kit
- Book rooms once the Loews Arlington block opens
- Plan Thursday staffing heavier than Friday's 2 p.m. close
