Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show space rate
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall (Upper Level) requires

Key dates
- EAC/I&D form and certificate of insurance due in the Exhibitor Console: November 18, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-November 2026
- By November 18, 2026: EAC/I&D form filed in the Exhibitor Console with our insurance; hanging-sign variance requests to show management.
- Mid-November 2026: Design sign-off for walls, fixtures, storage and any hanging sign.
- Late November to mid-December 2026: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, staged at our Las Vegas hub; Freeman orders placed before the December 21 discount date.
- December 18, 2026 to January 13, 2027: Crates and hanging signs ship to Freeman's advance warehouse, which is closed December 24, 25 and January 1.
- January 18–19, 2027: Move-in: islands from 8 a.m. Monday, all booths from noon Monday and on Tuesday; booths show-ready by 8 a.m. Wednesday.
- January 20–22, 2027: Show days, then move-out from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, with carriers checked in by 8 p.m.

Checklist
- Book space with SLATS sales and confirm booth type: inline, peninsula or island
- File the EAC/I&D form with insurance by November 18, 2026
- Request any hanging-sign variance above 25 feet by November 18, 2026
