Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your STAFDA Annual Convention & Trade Show booth space, paid to the organizer
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the STAFDA Annual Convention & Trade Show space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Orange County Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the Orange County Convention Center requires
Published rates:
- Host hotel rates (2026): Anaheim Marriott $283 and Hilton Anaheim $312 per night in STAFDA's block
- Extra exhibitor badges (2026): Buy 2, get 1 free on additional badges with booth packages
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early September 2027
- When STAFDA opens 2027 exhibitor registration: Select your booth location early; STAFDA assigns space first come, first served.
- Early September 2027: Design sign-off, about 10 weeks before move-in: product wall, demo bench and graphics approved.
- Mid-September to October 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY within 30 to 45 days; demo stations pre-wired and tested.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight ships to the advance warehouse; electrical and show services ordered.
- Move-in days before the November 2027 trade show: Our project manager builds the booth; your team stocks product and samples.
- November 14–16, 2027: Convention and trade show; we dismantle after the floor closes and ship to storage.

Checklist
- Renew your STAFDA membership; manufacturers must exhibit to attend
- Register as an exhibitor early and pick your booth location
- Book rooms in STAFDA's host-hotel block when it opens
- Choose the SKUs, case packs and part numbers for the product wall
- Prepare a hands-on demo distributors can repeat for contractors
- Enter a product in the Power Pavilion
- Plan distributor meetings for the Monday and Tuesday floor hours
- Ship demo consumables and samples to the advance warehouse
