Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to National Association for Surface Finishing)
- Drayage, or material handling, when it is not in the SUR/FIN space rate
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Long Beach Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the Long Beach Convention Center requires it

- Booth space, NASF early-bird member: $37 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- Booth space, NASF member: $44 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- Booth space, non-member: $58 per sq ft, 2027 rate

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late March 2027
- Now through early 2027: Book space through NASF's MapYourShow booth sales; members lock in the $37 early-bird rate while it lasts.
- Late March 2027: Design sign-off: sample walls, lighting, any equipment plinth and the compliance corner drawn to scale.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; sample panels mounted and lighting tested for color accuracy.
- Mid-May 2027: Consolidated freight leaves for Long Beach on the dates in NASF's exhibitor kit.
- Move-in days before June 8: Union crews install under our project manager; samples and literature placed by your team.
- June 8–10, 2027: Show days; after the close we pack out and route the booth to storage or the next finishing show.

Checklist
- Confirm NASF membership status before booking to qualify for the $37 or $44 rate
- Book space on MapYourShow and send us the booth number and size
- Reserve before the print deadline so the standard sign carries your name
- Choose sample panels, cross sections and parts and how many to ship
- Decide whether any tank, rectifier or skid travels, with weight and footprint
- Prepare PFAS and wastewater talking points for the compliance corner
- Book Long Beach rooms early, since the 2027 housing block is not confirmed yet
