Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Your SwimShow booth space, paid to the organizer
- Material handling / drayage, if the SwimShow space rate leaves it out
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the Miami Beach Convention Center
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the SwimShow venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage: About $170 per cwt plus standard minimum and surcharges (Purple planning figure, 2026)
- Partner hotel: Kimpton Surfcomber from $259 a night, resort fee waived for SwimShow attendees (2026 block)
- Partner hotel: Albion Hotel from $189 a night, 0.3 miles from the center (2026 block)
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late March 2027
- Late February 2027: Booth space confirmed with SwimShow; we receive your floor plan location and the collection story for June.
- Late March 2027: Design sign-off, about ten weeks before move-in: walls, forms, lighting and the content backdrop.
- April 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days; lighting tested with your real swim pieces.
- Mid-May 2027: Freight to the advance warehouse with storm-season margin; power and rigging ordered from the center's exclusive providers.
- Early June 2027: Move-in at the west docks and install by our project manager with vetted local labor.
- June 5–7, 2027: SwimShow in Hall D; we dismantle after close and store the booth for EDIT or next June.

- Pick the hero prints and pieces for the aisle edge
- Send fabric swatches and samples for our lighting test
- Decide on forms, hangers and folded tables per collection
- Book rooms with a SwimShow partner hotel near the center
- Plan a content corner for press and creators
- Consider SwimLab if you are an emerging designer
