Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Material handling (drayage) at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center
- Booth cleaning, and union labor where the San Jose McEnery Convention Center requires it

- 10×20 booth package: $13,800 with 3 passes, 2027

- Full conference pass: $1,895 advance, $2,495 regular, 2027
Key dates
- Advance discount on SynBioBeta 2027 passes ends: December 31, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late February 2027
- Now to December 31, 2026: Choose your booth on SynBioBeta's live floor plan and buy staff passes before the advance discount ends December 31, 2026.
- About 10 weeks before move-in (late February 2027): Design sign-off: back wall, counter, poster and any demo hardware approved.
- March to early April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, graphics test-hung, then staged at our Las Vegas hub for the drive west.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Freight leaves for the address named in the 2027 exhibitor kit; electrical and internet orders placed.
- Move-in days before May 3, 2027: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth and test screens before your team arrives.
- May 3–6, 2027: SynBioBeta 2027 conference and expo; after the close we pack the booth for storage or your next biotech meeting.

- Buy extra staff passes before the advance discount ends December 31, 2026
- Choose the 2027 theme your buyers follow, so the booth headline speaks to it
- Send us the instrument, sample or demo hardware you plan to show, with power needs
- Prepare a poster for the poster session included in your package
- Book any meeting room or investor event through SynBioBeta's sponsorship team
- Sign off the booth design by late February 2027
