Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Exhibit space (paid to CFI)
- Material handling (drayage) at the venue, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging at the venue
- Cleaning, plus any union labor the venue requires

Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before the convention
- Once CFI announces 2027: Book exhibit space through the CFI office and confirm your CFI, FCICA or FCITS membership; we sketch a 10×20 around your demo.
- About 10 weeks before the convention: Design sign-off, demo floor materials chosen and graphics written for installers and inspectors.
- 30 to 45 days before: Production in Fishkill, NY; kit engineered for a same-day setup window and packed in labeled cases.
- About 3 weeks before: Freight booked to the venue; flooring, power and sample stock confirmed with the hosts.
- Expo day setup: Our project manager builds the booth in the morning window and checks the demo floor before the expo opens.
- Expo evening: The expo runs into the evening reception; we tear down after close and ship the booth to storage or your next flooring show.
