What makes Synergy Convention & Expo different, and how we build for it
Synergy is the flooring installation trade talking to itself.CFI, the installer certification body that is a division of the World Floor Covering Association, hosts it with FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, and FCITS, which trains flooring inspectors. The 2026 Chattanooga program pairs keynotes and breakout sessions with FCICA's 2 Days to CIM course, an Industry Awards session and a closing reception. The 2026 exhibit hall is not carpeted, and booth flooring is ordered separately. We bring a protective base and lay your own flooring product as the booth floor.
The 2026 schedule allows setup only from 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on expo day and teardown from 8:30 to 11 p.m. that night. We engineer a kit that fits both windows with our project manager on site.
Programs worth planning for
Forty-five minute slots in the daytime program, $2,500 plus attendee registrations on the 2026 menu, where manufacturers show installation products to installers and contractors; presenters bring their own equipment.
2026 tiers run from $2,000 breaks and drink stations to the $5,000 Expo Hall, $10,000 keynote, awards and reception sponsorships and $15,000 Gold, plus program guide ads at $425 and $725.
