Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space, paid to Messe Frankfurt Inc.
- Drayage and material handling, unless the space rate already covers it
- Electrical, internet and rigging orders for Texworld NYC
- Booth cleaning and whatever union labor the Texworld NYC venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth size bands: 9–11, 12–18, 19–27 or 28–30 square meters (2027 inquiry form)
- Javits material handling: Roughly $195 per hundredweight, 200 lb minimum, in Purple's 2026–2027 planning
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early November 2026
- Early November 2026: Design sign-off: swatch wall layout, header cards, sample rail and table plan agreed.
- November to December 2026: Production in Fishkill; header cards printed from your fabric data sheet.
- Late December 2026: Overseas fabric and samples received in Fishkill and mounted on the swatch wall before shipping.
- Move-in days before January 19, 2027: Delivery through the Javits marshaling facility, then union installation run by your Purple project manager.
- January 19–21, 2027: Show days, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, with our project manager on call.
- January 21, 2027 from 4 p.m.: Dismantle; booth stored for the summer New York edition or shipped to Texworld Los Angeles.

Checklist
- Send your Messe Frankfurt contract: booth size band, booth number and pavilion if any
- List fabric families, colorways and number of header cards to hang
- Send composition, weight and minimum-order data for the header cards
- Tell us if you qualify for Econogy, Small Quantity or Domestic Sourcing
- Arrange your forwarder to deliver fabric and samples to Fishkill
- Plan staffing for 10 a.m. starts and Thursday's 4 p.m. close
